TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Eligibility

The App is rated 4+ and available to users of all ages worldwide. By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms or, if you are a minor, that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

3.1 Pro Subscription

• Pro Monthly: $15.00 USD per month (includes 4,000 credits)
• Pro Yearly: $150.00 USD per year (includes 48,000 credits)
• Subscribers receive a 20% bonus on credit pack purchases
• Automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

3.2 Credit Packs

• 250 Credits: $3.00 USD
• 1,250 Credits: $10.00 USD
• 2,500 Credits: $18.00 USD
• Credits are used for AI-powered 3D model generation
• Credits do not expire

3.3 Payment and Refunds

• In-app payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Website payments are processed through Stripe
• Refund requests for in-app purchases must be submitted directly to Apple or Google according to their refund policies
• Refund requests for web purchases are handled according to Stripe's refund policies; contact us at contact@wornox.com

3.4 Price Changes

Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of price changes in advance. Existing subscriptions will not be affected until the next renewal period.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Your Content

You may upload photos and generate 3D models ("User Content"). You retain full ownership of any original photos you upload. Photos are processed temporarily for the purpose of generation and are not permanently stored on our servers.

4.2 Generated Models — Ownership and Rights

3D models generated through the App are owned by both you and the Company. You are granted a perpetual, worldwide, unrestricted license to use your generated models in any way, including but not limited to:

• Personal and commercial use
• Selling, licensing, or distributing the models
• Modifying, transforming, or creating derivative works
• Using in games, applications, films, prints, or any other medium

No attribution to the Company is required.

4.3 License to Company

By creating and publishing content in the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content for:

• Operating and improving the App
• Marketing and promotional purposes
• Displaying in the Community section

This license does not limit your rights as described in Section 4.2.

4.4 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to any photos you upload and that your content does not violate these Terms.

5. Community Guidelines

The App includes a Community feature where users can share models, add friends, send messages, and interact with others.

5.1 Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload, generate, or share content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains nudity
• Depicts violence, gore, or graphic content
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• Depicts real people without their consent
• Promotes illegal activities
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is spam or deceptive

5.2 Prohibited Behavior

You may NOT:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Manipulate likes, downloads, or other metrics
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Use bots or automated tools
• Collect other users' personal information

5.3 Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines, suspend or terminate accounts for violations, and report illegal content to appropriate authorities. Moderation decisions are final. Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination.

5.4 Reporting

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it through the in-app report feature or contact us at contact@wornox.com.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 App Ownership

The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by WORNOX GAMES - FZCO and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

6.2 AI Technology

The AI-powered 3D generation technology is proprietary to the Company. You may not attempt to extract, replicate, or misuse this technology.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the App's functionality
• Use the App to generate content that violates these Terms
• Use automated scripts or bots

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, extended inactivity, or any reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may delete your account data, including generated models. Rights granted to you under Section 4.2 for models you have already downloaded survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE, ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT, AVAILABILITY OF SPECIFIC FEATURES, OR COMPATIBILITY WITH ALL DEVICES. USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORNOX GAMES - FZCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, CONTENT GENERATED BY USERS, OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS OR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WORNOX GAMES - FZCO from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
