1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, we collect:

• Email address
• Display name
• Profile picture (if provided by sign-in provider)
• User ID (assigned by the authentication provider)

1.2 Profile Information

• Username you choose in the App
• Display name
• Avatar image (if uploaded)

1.3 User-Generated Content

• 3D models you generate and their metadata (polygon count, file size, creation date)
• Thumbnails of your models
• Content you publish to the Community (names, descriptions, categories)
• Tuning configurations for your models

1.4 Social and Communication Data

• Friends list and friend requests
• Likes and social interactions
• Direct messages between friends (content and timestamps)
• Reports you submit about other users or content

1.5 Uploaded Photos

Photos you upload for 3D generation are transmitted to our processing servers, used for model generation, and are not permanently stored after the generation process is complete. Photos may be temporarily retained in processing logs for a limited period.

1.6 Purchase Information

• Subscription status and plan type
• Credit balance and usage history
• Purchase history (transaction IDs, product IDs, dates)

Note: Full payment details (credit card numbers, billing addresses) are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe. We do not have access to your full payment information.

1.7 Usage and Analytics Data

We collect analytics events to improve the App, including:

• Login events and authentication method
• Generation events (mode selected, completion status)
• Community interactions (publishes, downloads, likes, views)
• Feature usage (sharing, profile updates, tuning)

1.8 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain information when you use the App:

• Device type and model
• Operating system and version
• App version
• Country and language (derived from device settings)
• Session duration and app usage statistics
• Crash reports and error logs
• IP address (for security and rate limiting purposes)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the App
• Create and manage your account
• Process your purchases and subscriptions
• Generate 3D models from your photos
• Display your content in the Community
• Enable social features (friends, likes, direct messages)
• Send in-app notifications about your account and activity
• Improve the App and develop new features
• Analyze usage patterns and optimize performance
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Enforce rate limits and usage policies
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect or process information:

3.2 Firebase (Google) — Mobile App Only

• Firebase Analytics: Mobile app usage statistics

• RevenueCat: Mobile subscription and purchase management

• Apple App Store / Google Play Store: In-app payment processing

3.4 Infrastructure

• Cloudflare: Content delivery, security, data storage (R2 object storage, D1 database)
• RunPod: AI model generation processing

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Public Content: Content you publish to the Community is visible to other users (model name, description, thumbnail, your username).
• Friends: Users you add as friends can see your profile, garage, and exchange direct messages with you.
• Service Providers: We share data with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App (as listed in Section 3).
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request.
• Business Transfers: If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.
• Marketing: We may use published Community content for marketing and promotional purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1 Where Data Is Stored

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. AI processing occurs on GPU servers provided by RunPod. Your data may be processed in multiple countries.

5.2 Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active
• Generated models: Retained until you delete them or your account is terminated
• Uploaded photos: Not permanently stored; may be temporarily retained in processing logs
• Messages: Retained while your account is active
• Analytics events: Retained for up to 12 months
• Notifications: Automatically deleted after 30 days

5.3 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT), and regular security assessments.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access and Portability: You can view your account information, generated models, and purchase history within the App.
• Correction: You can update your username, display name, and avatar in the App.
• Deletion: You can delete individual models from your library. To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at contact@wornox.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
• Opt-Out: You can opt out of promotional communications by adjusting your notification settings.
• Data Export: You can download your generated 3D models at any time from your garage.

6.1 European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights including the right to restrict processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing your data includes contractual necessity (providing the App), legitimate interests (improving the App, preventing fraud), and consent (where applicable).

6.2 California Users (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at contact@wornox.com, and we will promptly delete such information.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United Arab Emirates, the United States, and other countries where our service providers (Cloudflare, RunPod, Stripe) operate. By using the App, you consent to these transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
